O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner's grievance is that on the basis of the complaint given by her, no action has been taken by the second respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) points out that there is a dispute between the petitioner and one Sekar. Sekar has filed O.S.No.79 of 2021 before the jurisdictional civil Court. He of course would state that Sekar has not obtained any interim order form the jurisdictional civil Court against the petitioner. Since the jurisdictional civil Court is seized of the matter and since the petitioner is having an effective and alternative remedy before the civil Court, I am not inclined to exercise writ jurisdiction. 4. This criminal original petition is disposed of. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
