This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.02.2018.

2. Heard Mr.R.Pandi Maharaja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the property measuring about 27 cents in Survey No.735/3 at Seelappadi Village. He further submitted that the proposed accused persons trespassed into the petitioner's property and caused damage to the fence and building also. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 02.02.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, CSR.No.67 of 2018 has been issued and the enquiry is still pending.

5.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry discloses any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

6.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
