This petition is filed seeking extension of time for filing final report in Crime No.1 of 2020 on the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID - OCU, Madurai, as per the order of this Court, dated 08.09.2020 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4422 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6776 of 2018.
2.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the time is extended for a further period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
