The petitioners are the accused in Crime No.6 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. The said case was registered for the offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(1) of IPC and Section 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2015.

2.Today(05.04.2024), when this Criminal original petition is taken up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
