Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to include the petitioner, her sister's name Bhuwaneswari Sivapuniyam, her mother's name Vaijeyanthi Thirunavukarasu in all the Property Tax Receipts related to the petitioner's House property at Door No.4/1B, 2nd Street Jamburapuram, Goripalayam, Madurai North Thallakulam - 625002 Madurai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2024 within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard Mr.S.Abuthaheer, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Sivabalan, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2.

2. Considering the relief that is to be granted by this Court, notice to respondents 3 to 8 is dispensed with.

3. Without entering upon the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, however after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as respondents 3 to 8 and any other interested persons in relation to the same.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
