ORDER:- This Petition coming on for to extend the time on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. J.Anandkumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. S.Deenadhayalan Standing Counsel, for the respondents, this Court made the following order:
This application has been filed to extend the time granted in W.P.(MD) No.14596 of 2017 dated 28.11.2024.
2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the same and also finding that the order dated 28.11.2024 had been delivered by the Registry on 11.12.2024, time is extended till 15.02.2025.
