Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents , court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20903 of 2018, dated 28.11.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 28.11.2018, made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20903 of 2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 08/01/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
