O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the first petitioner has purchased a motor vehicle by availing finance from the third respondent and since the first petitioner is not able to repay the said loan, he has surrendered the vehicle to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the third respondent. He further submitted that the third respondent gave a complaint before the second respondent stating that the first petitioner has not returned the original Registration Certificate Book. At the time of purchasing vehicle, the third respondent gave only Xerox copy of the Registration Certificate Book and hence the question of returning the original Registration Certificate Book does not arise, but the second respondent is harassing the petitioners based on the complaint given by the third respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the said complaint an enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed and hence the question harassing the petitioners does not arise.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
