ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2.This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to issue the legal heir certificate of the petitioners' Father's Brother by inserting the name of the petitioners as Class II legal heirs. 3.Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate Mr.T.Amjad Khan, submitted that the petitioner's application has been duly considered and his application bearing No.TN-720241107583 dated 07.11.2024 has been rejected. 2/4

5.Recording the said submissions, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to the costs.
