Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAJI V, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Pursuant to the direction of this court dated 21/04/2023, the petitioner has deposited Rs.1,000/- and he has also filed a cost memo to that effect. The above said memo is recorded. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and post the same on 19/06/2023.
