ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents more particularly the first respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.05.2015 and conduct investigation in accordance with law and lay the final report forthwith as against the accused concerned within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that no complaint is pending before the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the respondent No.1 on 11.08.2015 along with a fresh complaint and thereafter, the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
