The Writ Petition is directed against the order dated 09.07.2018 passed by the second respondent and for direction to the respondents to settle the final bill of the writ petitioner as agreed under agreement Nos. 102/KBD/2017-18, 103/KBD/2017-18, 104/KBD/2017-18, 105/KBD/ 2017-18 and 106/KBD/2017-18 and to return to the expired Bank Guarantee of IDBI Bank Madurai branch with necessary endorsements so as to enable the writ petitioner to receive back the deposited amount of Rs.15.00 lakhs.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court 2/4
to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
