This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.94 of 2014 and to file charge sheet in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Heard thhe learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the State.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.94 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
