ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 20.07.2015 preferred by the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 read with 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and to take action against the accused in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has sent the complaint only through post. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government

Advocate (Crl.side), without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the respondent No.2 on 11.08.2015 along with a fresh complaint and thereafter, the respondent No.2 is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
