ORDER

After hearing the elaborate submissions made by both sides, this Court is not inclined to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.209 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that mere direction is sufficient to the trial Court to complete the trial, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the case, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The trial Court shall take into consideration of the facts and appreciate properly to arrive at a conclusion.
