2. The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by one Uma stating that he is nothing to do with the property in dispute, however, the respondents are taking steps to call for the petitioner for enquiry and harassed the petitioner.

3. Resisting the same, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that earlier one Manoj Kumar, who is the son of the petitioner gave a complaint in C.S.R.No.177 of 2015, which was entered in compromise and now no-one has given complaint against the petitioner, especially the said Uma. He further submitted that neither a case nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police and no harassment is meted out to the petitioner at the hands of the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
