Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the first respondent to direct the third respondent to take suitable action against the above accused and consequently provide police protection to the petitioner's life and his property based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2015 and pass such further or other order as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the third respondent to take suitable action against the above accused and consequently provide police protection to the petitioner's life and his property based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2015.

3. In view of the same, this petition is disposed with a direction to the respondent No.3 to complete the enquiry within a

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the meanwhile, the respondents shall not harass the petitioner.
