ORDER
The petitioner is the 31st accused in Crime No.286 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police registered for the offence under Sections 143 and 1/4
188 IPC. He has moved this petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 286 of 2017 pending against him.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that in this case, the final report was filed and the same was taken on file in STC No.179 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam. He further submits that after the trial, the petitioner was acquitted from the charges, by Judgment dated 28.04.2018.
