ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused nos.1 to 4, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b),506(ii) @ 306 of IPC, in Crime No.19 of 2018 and seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to money dispute, the petitioners abused the deceased in filthy language and also attempted to assault him. Hence, on complaint, a case has been registered against the petitioners.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the innocent persons and they did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and their names have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the investigation is not yet completed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side are considered.

6. It is alleged, due to money dispute, the petitioners abused the deceased in filthy language and attempted to make assault. Thereafter, due to the insult committed by the petitioners, the deceased committed suicide by consuming poison. As of now, the investigation is not yet completed. Since the provision of law has been altered as 306 IPC, extensive enquiry is required for completing the investigation. Thus, in order to complete the investigation, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary in the case on hand. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
