This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order passed in MU.MU.A4/4343/2020, dated 17.12.2020 on the file of the first respondent.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, the learned Standing Counsel for State Government (Crl.side) submitted that the first respondent has passed an order under Section 117 Cr.P.C. in MU.MU.A4/4343/2020, dated 17.12.2020 directed the petitioner herein to execute a bond for a period of six months for keeping peace and maintaining good behavior. The accused is in judicial custody for a period of 6 months i.e up to 16.06.2021.
