O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] Heard Mr.S.Veeranasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Ravi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State Government and perused the materials available on record.

2. The petitioner has come forward with the habeas corpus petition for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to produce her son, namely, Kannan, aged about 25 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that her son, the detenu herein, was working at Dubai for the past two years and he had come to his native place on 28.12.2020. Though he arrived at Trivandrum https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner as well as the detenu appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing from the Public Prosecutor Office. On enquiry, both of them have stated that the detenu had arrived at his native place and joined with the petitioner.

5. In the light of the above, we are of the opinion that no further adjudication is necessary in this case. Hence, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
