ORDER

This quash petition is filed to call for the records in Crime NO.59 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Koppampatti and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that after completion of investigation, the case has been closed as ''mistake of fact''.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), since the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) Nos. 1 and 2 of 2015 are closed.
