RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) NO.23020 of 2018 vide its order dated 27/12/2018 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.PITCHAIMUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.23020 of 2018 dated 27.12.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.23020 of 2018 dated 27.12.2018 regularly and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.23020 of 2018 dated 27.12.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
