This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.156 of 2022 pending on the file of the second respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, investigation has been concluded, the final report has been filed before the Special Court for Trial cases under SC/ST Act (PoA), Dindigul West and the same has been taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.42 of 2023.
