ORDER

The present writ petition is filed seeking to grant police protection to erect fence around the land in S.No. 696/21D of Maranthai Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the Respondents would contend that the complaint given by the petitioner's son was registered as F.I.R in Crime No. 245 of 2023 and thereafter, L.I.R.No.117/2023 was also registered, under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on 08.08.2023 in which an enquiry is being conducted by the Thasildhar, Alangulam.

4. In the above circumstances, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Thasildhar, Alangulam, after getting summons from the officials concerned.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
