ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.265 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur and quash the same.

2.The matter was listed for admission on 31.07.2015. Thereafter, the matter was not listed.

3.On perusal of records, it shows that till today, the matter has not been admitted and no notice was ordered to the respondents and nearly 3 years has lapsed. Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with this matter. This Court is of the view that the pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) Nos. 1 and 2 of 2015 are closed.
