Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Judge Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties as per the order of this court dated 06.06.2018. The petitioner ought to have executed sureties with in a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
