The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 7 submitted that the respondents have no objection to allow these petitions and he was also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the above said endorsement, these petitions are ordered on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to M/s.Rajaji Home for the Aged, Visalakshi Road, Visalakshipuram, Madurai within a period of one week from today, failing which these petitions shall stand dismissed.
