This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent herein for his acts of Contempt of Court for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WMP (MD) Nos.53 and 54 of 2020 in W.P.(MD) No.98 of 2020 dated 06.01.2020.

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order has been complied with. Copy of the letter dated 08.02.2020 in Na.Ka.A2/2841/2019 also been submitted before this Court.
