ORDER

This quash petition is filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in connection with Crime No.272 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that after completion of investigation, the case has been closed as 'mistake of fact'.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), since the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) No. 1 of 2015 is closed.
