ORDER

The petitioner seeks for transfer of the case in Cr.No.643 of 2021 dated 05.12.2021 on the file of the second respondent to any other competent officer.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in PRC No.6 of 2025 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Krishnarayapuram, Karur, and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
