O R D E R
This Court has already issued Statutory notice to the respondents. However, the respondents have preferred writ appeal and has obtained an order of interim stay. Therefore, the personal appearance of the contemnors was dispensed with.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Learned Additional Advocate General-III assisted by M/s.S.Jeyapriya, the Learned Government Advocate submitted that they have filed a Sub application to dispense with the personal appearance of the contemnors and the same is in SR stage.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, Registry is directed number the Sub application and place before this Court.

4. Since the respondents have obtained an order of interim stay in the Writ Appeal, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the Petitioner is at aliberty to reopen this Contempt Petition, after disposal of the Writ Appeal.
