RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police daily i.e. morning at 10.30a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP(MD)No.20784 of 2018 dated 26.11.2018 in Cr.No.14 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this

court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.20784 of 2018 dated 26.11.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.20784 of 2018 dated 26.11.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
