ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent.

It is seen that no regular case was registered against the petitioners and only petition enquiry in CSR.No.137 of 2014 was conducted by the respondent police, pursuant to the complaint lodged by one Annalakshmi, W/o.Pitchaimuthu. This Court referred the matter to the Mediation and Concialiation Centre, attached to this Bench and a report, dated 21.01.2015, has been received, along with a settlement agreement, terms of which reads as follows:- "6. The following settlement has been arrived at between the parties herein.

A. Both parties are jointly filed a compromose petition and the compromise petition has come to effect from today. B. Both parties are settled the case amicably without any interference with other parties.

C. They are jointly filing a Mutual Divorce Petition before the Family Court, in Spl.M.OP.No.09.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ D. No other litigation between the parties in future."

3. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the respondent police have closed the case in CSR.No.137 of 2014.
