2. The petitioner had submitted a complaint dated 23.07.2022 making some allegations against the society registered as 3 / 2005. The first respondent has forwarded the same to the second respondent calling upon the second respondent to respond to the petitioner in that regard.
3. The second respondent is directed to hold an enquiry and respond to the petitioner as mandated by the first respondent. This shall be done within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
