Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULILNGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.23053 of 2018 on 27.12.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and they prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.23053 of 2018 on 27.12.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall be available, as and when required by the respondent police.
