Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate ( Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19209 of 2018 on 29.10.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.19209 of 2018 on 29.10.2018 is relaxed.
