ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent to depute the second respondent to further investigate the case in Crime No.785 of 2012 on the file of the third respondent.

2. While pending the Criminal Original Petition, this Court directed the concerned Judicial Magistrate to send a status report.

3. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Padmanabhapuram, reported that with regard to Crime No.785 of 2012 on the file of the third respondent/Thiruvattar Police Station, final report was filed and on completion of investigation, it was taken on file as R.C.No.19 of 2013 and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Padmanabhapuram, disposed of the same on 13.12.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. It is seen that the entire case records was destructed and the same was notified in the Kanyakumari District Gazette Notification No.Na.Ka.G1/771/2017, dated 10.04.2017. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed.
