P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2024 and re-enquire the issue for modification of his order in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 4972/E2/2020 dated 16.12.2021 as far as the land in S.Nos.445/1 and 445/2 situated in Munanchipatti Village, Moolaikaraipatti SubRegistration District, Tirunelveli Registration District. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 18.08.2024 to re-enquire the issue and pass fresh orders.

2. Considering the nature of the order going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

It is seen from the records that the third respondent allowed the complaint lodged by the fifth respondent, and declared the sale deeds registered vide Document Nos.506/1995, 138/1996, 523/2006 and 246/2007 as fraudulent one. However, the petitioner came to knowledge of the same only now and made a representation dated 18.08.2024 to reenquire the matter, since the petitioner was not served with any notice. The petitioner can very well challenge the said order in the manner known to law. Instead, he submitted a representation to re-enquire the issue. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. This writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
