O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the wife/petitioner in M.C.No.10 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Usilampatti, Madurai District to direct the trial Court to dispose of the case in M.C.No.10 of 2017 at an early date. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner herein is the wife and the respondent is the husband. He further submitted that the petitioner herein has filed a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. seeking maintenance and the same has been taken on file in M.C.No.10 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Usilampatti, Madurai District on 18.05.2017. He further submitted that even though the case was taken on file on 18.05.

2017, the same is still pending and hence the petitioner is not able to maintain herself and therefore he requests this Court to give a suitable direction to the trial Court for early disposal of the case in M.C.No.10 of 2017. 'B' Diary extract produced by the petitioner is perused. 'B' Diary extract shows that the petitioner was examined in Chief on 12.10.2017 and thereafter no progress has been made. Considering the fact that the above M.C.No.10 of 2017 has been filed seeking maintenance, the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Usilampatti, Madurai District is directed to expedite the enquiry and dispose of the case in M.C.No.10 of 2017 as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
