ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrayed as accused in Crime.No.19 of 2014 on the file of the respondent Police apprehends arrest has moved this petition for Anticipatory Bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the order copy made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.121961 of 2015 stating that the dispute between the accused and the defacto complainant has been settled and this court has also quashed the FIR.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police also submitted that the FIR has been quashed by this court.

4. Considering the fact, this court is of the view that there is no apprehension of arrest. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
