ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the first respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute in between the petitioners and the second respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that due to business transactions, the second respondent is claiming Rs.1,38,500/-, but, the petitioners have disputed the said claim and that being so the second respondent gave a false complaint before the first respondent and based on the said complaint the first respondent is harassing the petitioner and hence, the petitioners were forced to file a civil suit in O.S.No.38 of 2018 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Srivilliputhur and even thereafter, the first respondent is harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the second respondent, the first respondent has issued C.S.R.No.13 of 2018 on 02.02.2018 and after enquiry, the said complaint has been closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Admittedly, the petitioners have already approached the Civil Court seeking relief by impleading the first respondent as a party and that being so, the petitioners have no right to approach this Court for seeking same kind of relief. The petitioners have to work out their remedies in the Civil Suit which has been filed by them. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
