ORDER

This quash petition is filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.29 of 2014 dated 3.11.2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar and quash the same as against the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been laid before the concerned court and the same is yet to be taken on file. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), since the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
