RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court passed in Crl.OP(MD)No.673 of 2019 dated 11.01.2019 as appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti instead of appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am. and 5.30pm for two weeks.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate ( Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.673 of 2019 on 11.01.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.673 of 2019 on 11.01.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.673 of 2019 on 11.01.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Kovilpatti, for a period of two weeks daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders.
