2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. Further, after completing the investigation, Charge Sheet was also filed against the petitioner before the concerned Court.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
