The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass him under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, the second respondent registered First Information Report in Crime No.28 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code and enquiry is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
