ORDER

(1)The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 16.12.2025 in Crl.MP. (MD).No.19907/2025 in Crl.A.(MD).No.1196/2025. (1)The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 21.11.2025, granted bail to the petitioner, directing him to stay at Villupuram and to report before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Villupuram, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner appeared before the said Police Station regularly and subsequently, filed Crl.MP.[MD}.No. 19907/2025 for relaxation of the aforesaid condition and this Court, vide order dated 16.12.2025, modified the said condition by directing the petitioner to comply with the aforesaid condition till 28.12.

2025, and thereafter to appear before the 2nd respondent Police, viz., The Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Andipatti, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is abiding the aforesaid condition till date and hence, seeks relaxation of the said condition.

(2)The learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 affirmed the aforesaid facts. (2)Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. (3)Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditional order dated 16.12.2025, till date, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed on the petitioner, be modified. (4)Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Andipatti, on every alternate Monday of the English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
