ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the third respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was working in Rubber Estate and he was residing at Thadikarankonam. At that time, he was friendly relationship with the third respondent and subsequently, he shifted his residence to Azhagiyapandiapuram and now the third respondent gave a false complaint with the second respondent stating that the petitioner has received some jewels and also borrowed some amount, but, failed to return them. He further submitted that the petitioner has not received any jewels and amount from the third respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that the petitioner had illegal contact with the third respondent and lived with her for the past five years and now he left her and had developed illegal intimacy with some other lady and hence, the third respondent gave a complaint. He further submitted that after receipt of the said complaint, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed. Hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
