O R D E R

This direction petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give sufficient police protection to the petitioner and her mental disorder son.

2.The petitioner seeks police protection to his life and limb through a complaint dated 18.01.2014. Now, 4-1/2 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition on fresh cause of action.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
