The above petition is filed by the defacto complainant and the victim girl as respondents 2 and 3 in the aforesaid appeal.

2.Heard both sides and perused the materials on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered and the proposed respondents 2 and 3 are impleaded as respondents 2 and 3 in the criminal appeal as well as in the petition seeking suspension of sentence.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title wherever necessary.
